10 were added per year but you can still use them on any year you have available like i didn't play in 2018 to 19 but I have so many 2016 and I can still use them for trades not just 10

you dont have a set amount of trades for every year. They just add 10 everytime a new year gets to be a guaranteed lucky. Im not sure, but i think its like 35 or 45 right now

Many pokemon are locked to go, at least catchable in their shiny forms. Example is meloetta, you can get an event one who's original trainer is the event trainer. Not your name, but I'd you transfer the pokemon go version it is shiny with YOUR OWN name attached to it. Also roaming gimmighoul is locked to this game exclusively including shiny but you can bring him over.
at 4:20, you are asking for the count by year. You can use the string "!traded &year2020 & !mythical" and you should be all set. I agree with you, it's not as clear as a display yearly with the count but if you really wanna know, here you are :). Have a nice day yall.
