Ability: Mind Swarm – Functions like Wishiwashi’s Schooling. When Neuratto’s HP is above 25%, it enters Rat King Form, vastly increasing its stats. Below 25%, it reverts to Solo Form.
Neuratto is based on cranium rats and rat kings.
Its ability and form change was inspired by Wishiwashi.
