This is my first ever "serious" design for a fake Mon, and my first ever to be done digitally !

In terms of stats, here's my vision for him :
HP 70
ATT 90
DEF 70
SP. ATT 110
SP. DEF 120
SPEED : 110
Upon reaching level 42, Mr. Mime will evolve into Mr. Boing. Upon evolution, he will be able to learn Minimize and Bulk Up (because his spring allows him to change height)
Other than his signature ability which allows him to attack at Pokemon, he is able to have another hidden ability: Prankster (as a reference for Jack-in-the-box)
Mr. Boing is now able to learn some other new moves I will add later to the post !
