Why not use dragon shield sleeves that are blue? It would make the theme for the binder more epic! That's what I do for my binders
As someone who is also trying to complete this Master Set (but is also including Japanese exclusives such as the the McDonalds Promo 2002 – my life is pain), I think this has been covered amazingly well. I totally agree about excluding differing serial numbers for EX-set cards (there are enough to collect already!) but it's always good to point out. As far as cameo cards go though, I think you may have missed the 2004 World Championships version of Town Volunteers (Blaziken Tech – Chris Fulop). It's not worth a lot, but I haven't found one yet 😅

I feel like the ditto card would be fitting as you do cameos. Also I feel like there’s a huge missed opportunity by not including Japanese exclusive reprints as they have some of the best art

Love watching your whole video about squirtles. I have been collecting squirtles in both Japanese and English for the last year. I will have to admit, I now own a squirtle with the deck b backing. As well as the ditto squirtle from games expo. I also decided to buy the ungraded water energy from Deck B to go with my squirtle as a beta card. Probably be happy with the squirtles I have. Not sure if I will be able to complete the different serial codes like you though.
I'd say your 99.99% done I'd hate to say it but I think the deck b has to be a part of the collection 😬 I'm happy either way but my ocd says get it 😅

The stellar crown ir is probably my favorite but the fire Red and the pokemon go one are very good to

It's too bad with how detailed you collect these cards, you're not mentioning the Japan exclusives.
There's many very unique Japanese cards, that I wouldn't be able to call my squirtle collection complete without the vending, squirtle deck and mac donalds squirtle, for example.
I do get that some people would want to just have the english releases, but maybe in a video where you're saying you collected every card, you could at least mention them.

Like everyone here, I am a huge Squirtle Fan boy, and as such, you have given me a new collection to pursue. I've been doing some research on base set 1st edition vs shadowless and was wondering why your shadowless Squirtle doesn't have the 1st edition stamp on it? To my understanding, all of the 1st edition cards are already shadowless. Vintage has never really been my cup of tea, other than for nostalgia, so any and all explanations would be appreciated!

Not sure if someone mentioned it before, but the Squirtle promo from the 151 poster collection has 2 variants one cosmos and one HD cosmos. It's just a small difference and most people dont see it at all, but people who collect the 151 grandmaster set (myself included) go hard for those small details

I’m trying to do this and I called it my squirtle squad binder, but man I was hoping to come across some in the large amount of bulk cards locally and have come up empty handed, I might have to TCG Player buy them individually
