We should have an option to toggle background shifting on and off on pokemon with backgrounds

I dislike the way that the backgrounds shift every few seconds and this would allow you to see the pokemon WITH the background for however long you’d like instead of having to wait for it to shift back and have the other background phase through for a while. I think this should be in the settings tab but I thought it’d also make sense to have it on the individual Pokémon’s tab so you can pick and choose which you’d want to shift and which to have a fixed background
