Alternate Wooloo line: Wolf in sheep’s clothing edition,(OC)
I'm not used to drawing anthros so this took a while. Thankfully I got it right mostly.

I saw your previous post of Woolupe/Awooloof and I didn’t comment then… But I will now : It’s really nice!! I enjoy the idea of a Pokémon starting out as a simple Normal-type and evolving into a very different dual-type, such as Ghost/Fairy. Might be “too scary” for the usual Pokémon games, but it’s still a cool concept and I’d use Awooloof if it were real!

I love it a lot as a creature design but I personally don’t think it feels a lot like a Pokémon design. Which isn’t really a big deal, not everyone tries to make believable fakemon and that’s ok. It’s a cool design and I like it regardless.

It’s way too edgy for Pokemon, at least in your art style, but I absolutely love the design nonetheless. I’d love to see it made more in the official Pokemon art style.
Your choice of abilities is interesting. I feel like you could drop Illusion, since it’s Pokédex entries don’t mention anything along what Zoroark can do, and slot in Intimidate since that final evolution would absolutely terrify any Pokemon.
Going from Normal > Normal/Ghost > Ghost/Fairy is also very interesting. It definitely works considering the evolution methods, though I could also see Normal > Normal/Dark > Dark/Fairy, which I’m personally just a fan of and would love to see on a fast attacker.
Fantastic job with this one. I’d 100% use it on a team. Legit one of my favorite Fakemon designs.

Oh damn you really went back and did it. Love the additional poses and angles.
I think the others talking about the design being “too scary” is more about your artstyle. I think the fur in the first pic with the minor swoops is a bit less intimidating than the more jagged fur in later designs. The first and last pics are my favorites in the series

I love these line! Considering the evolutionary tree starts from Wooloo, does that mean that mean any wooloo can become a woolupe (great name by the way) or is it more that the “wooloo” which evolves is just a baby of the awooloof line that was put into the herd as an egg. Like a brood parasite? But for the sake of gameplay, any Wooloo is capable of evolving so it’s not a pain for players to try to go down this evolutionary route.

Love the Wendigo theme for the line. Add that it craves the flesh of what it once evolved from.
