Man… this whole reward ladder was such a flop for me but it at least ended with a Shiny background Cobalion

I couldn’t get a single good IV or shiny pokemon the entire 100 levels. Honestly giving me the shiny background is just like a little stab in gut from Niantic because it’s just enough to keep me playing lol. The last shiny I encountered was on the 6th of this month and I walk routes daily. 40-50 km minimum a week. It’s rough out here lol
