I'm pretty sure the "shadow egg" refers to the eggs you obtain for the rocket leaders. Why it's not classified in the games code at Rocket Eggs or just 12km Eggs, my best guess is its a code word they use such as how dynamax was referred to as 'bread' in the code.

Mega gyarados raid day is very very disappointing
Have a feeling for the new friendships for remote trading they're going to force you to do X amount of raids together, forcing you to remote raid and make them more money
So they're going to make it a grind to be able to remote trade with someone you're already lucky friends with? Great. Honestly they're ruining this game with the ridiculous grinding aspects they're bringing in. I took one look at the bottle cap tasks and thought "thank god I didn't buy that". I don't want to have interact with friends for another 300 days I've already done the hard work of getting to best friends AND going lucky in the first place, let me trade for free!
My guess is the new incubator will only work while in party play
Long distance trading will make getting Platinum Idol harder for me I think. I predict the number of gifts exchanged dropping off as people work on getting "Best Friends" to "Trade Friends". Oh well. I'll complete "A Dazzling Aria" one of these days.
I think the remote trades will be free but have a paid option to do it immediately instead of building up overtime
Also an incubator that eliminates the IV floor could be what it is. Because some people would LOVE to hatch pokemon for PvP IVs

The egg incubator could be a 1 use instant incubate per day. If you need space you can hatch 1 per day without walking. Would be awesome

I bet you're right about the special incubator in that shadow eggs can only be hatched using special incubators and can't be placed in regular incubators. I was jus thinking the same thing and then you said it out loud, lol. I wonder how many kms they'll need 😬
How about they just let us freaking delete unwanted eggs… that’s literally the only feature I want to see for eggs. Somehow I manage to end up with my egg storage full of nothing but 5k/10k eggs leading up to a hatch event, and if you want to stock up on the event eggs you have to go through and hatch all these stupid ones first instead of just letting us delete them and then fill up our storage with event eggs. This is the main reason I literally never play hatch events it’s so stupid.
I believe with the special eggs, you will only be able to get them through the routes feature. At the end of a route, there is the NCP Mateo, but through data mines, there was another NCP who is Female. She will give out the special eggs. So at the end of a Route, you will have a chance to either encountering either Mateo, or this new Female NPC.
Just give us the ability to delete unwanted eggs. Please?
Breeding, haha! It is not that simple for the main series games, you have to grind to get perfect IVs… Not sure how they will add it to Pokemon GO tho
Also, shadow eggs don't make sense at all! The Shadown Pokémon becomes Shadown out of rage for being raised by the Team Rocket for bad purposes, a just-hatched Pokémon can't be mean haha
