Anyone know the difference between the black and “gold” APH Grading labels?

I’ve been seeing a lot of these pop up on eBay and the cards look legit. Honestly not sure about the legitimacy of the grade or company but they look clean.

My question though is these are both 10’s but with different color labels. Is one better than the other? I browsed their website without any luck.
