Been collecting since XY era, with the earliest packs I remember getting as a kid was Crystal Gaurdians, took a break over GX then back on it from SwSh. But with how crazy it has gotten lately with just trying to get packs and then on top of that seemingly way to low hit rates, I gotta step back.
I'll be grabbing singles here and there and I see packs on a shelf yeah maybe, but no longer chasing the new releases as they drop. It's just not justifiable to be chasing hits from hard to pre order packs and over priced boxes.
Here is my beloved collection in full. Started with the yellow binder filled to the max, then as SwSh got crazier and I released how good JPN cards where I got into those. Then made the stupid decisions to get a zard slab thing going. Just need to chase the last hits I need for these, while still hoarding cards for my trainer and SV binders!
Good luck ripping to everyone else! May the grandchildren enjoy this when they go through the attic in decades time.
