Why didn't they think of Wailmer with 3 or 4x XP for this as a last surge for the XP event? It's a relatively easy Excellent which can easily make each catch 6-8 thousand XP between bonus and Lucky Egg… and then add on a L3 Mega… besides the fact that Wailmer is the oldest 400 candy/evolution that has not had a CD… way to drop the ball, Niantic!
