"A new event has been announced for Mexico. From September 20th through September 26th a special event focused around Hawlucha will run to celebrate Mega Hawlucha in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. First, a Timed Research will be available where you choose between Blanche or Cliff. The Blanche path gives Makuhita, Scraggy and Stufful as well as TMs while the Cliff path gives Machop, Croagunk and Timburr as well as TMs
There will be Field Research and Collection Challenges that offers an encounter with Hawlucha
Incense will last twice as long, Hawlucha will be available in Snapshots and Hawlucha will spawn more in the wild during this event
During the special Lucha Libre match heosted by The Pokémon Company on September 25th, there will also be a Timed Research where you pick between Machamp and Hawlucha to get encounters with that Pokémon as well as Stardust and Mega Energy for Heracross, Blaziken, Medicham and Lucario
During the arena you will also get increased catch chance, lower Stardust cost for trades, 2 hour Lure Modules and special Hawlucha stickers from PokéStops. Machamp and Hawlucha will also be in 3 Star Raids during the event"
Have not been able to find this reported anywhere else but Serebii is generally reliable. Most relevant portion for most players would be the ability to remote raid for Hawlucha

Update 2: just to clarify the announcement makes it sound like the raids for Hawlucha are ONLY during 25th (the CMLL x Pokemon Go event). So if there's no raids on the 20th don't be surprised.
