Where do I find good pokemon sprite animations like this?!?

Im struggling to find pixle gifs like this eevee. I found it in a TF2 Spray site. I'm trying to find high quality pokemon animation gifs so I can pratice on them in davinchi resolve. Everytime I try to download one it just becomes a blurry mess. I always see youtubers using sprites and stuff in their videos but i cant figure out for the life of me how to fix any of these. If anyone can help i'd be so thankful.
