Apparently my brother in law (who doesn’t collect pokemon card) has this card

So my sis just showed my this RAW and I'm like, uhhhhh. And this guy doesn't even wanna grade it or anything! He was just gifted it by a family member!

As someone who collects I'm crying lol help this man. I got a buy him a protective case for this regardless cause he doesn't seem to care enough, pretty sure it's a crime
