Ever since Convergent Evolutions were added in Generation 9, I've been wondering if these little guys can be considered as such. They practically meet all the requirements: They look very similar, but they're different species. Their names are similar, but they change one part of them. And last but not least, each one has its own type, which gives it a different ecology than the other two.

No, for a few reasons.
These three very clearly have a common ancestor, meaning they are distinctly different to convergent evolution in-universe – convergent forms have no common ancestor but evolve in such a way to fill a similar ecological niche.
On that topic, they don’t have similar ecological niches, they’re just… Similar. They evolved in the same environment as each other, therefore, they evolved similarly. Its not like, say, Diglett and Wiglett, who both evolved long bodies adept in hiding underground in their respective environments, these three just… Happen to have the same environment as each other.
Due to a lack of lore, you can make an argument for any direction.. They could be convergent, divergent, parallel, or coevolution. We just have absolutely no idea.
More divergent than convergent.
