I edited the sootopolis scene but made the legendary shiny

I was playing Through pokemon emerald and then I had the idea of doing this edit and how i did, i used an drawing app and the shiny and normal sprites of the weather trio and then I color pick using the sprites
(Fun fact the cutscene sprites use the same color palette as the battle sprite)
