I got this simplified Chinese shining Rayquaza for like 10usd, found it randomly at a card shop. I've wanted this card to add to my Rayquaza shrine for a while but the English and japanese ones are out of my price range.
I don't actually know where this promo comes from and am curious, anyone knows where it's from?
