Well, it's technically inspired by Zubat, and considering we have Crobat, which was a late-in-life evolution, I don't see why we shouldn't do the same with Swoobat. Like, you could do it like Togekiss, with a second stage through friendship and then some rock. Or come up with a more creative way, like with Kingambit. I don't know, I just think Swoobat ends up being a bit overlooked compared to the other Flying-types in Unova.
