Is lucario duoable? I have a primal groudon which is 3600 CP(in base form) and a full team of shadow groudon(2 of them weather boosted level) and my freind has 4 shadow groudon(2 of them weather boosted level)
I got a hundo lucario after a couple of raids and since then I keep getting 98 and 96. My missus cannot get one over 90 despite lots of trades and raids.

Once again, any Pokemon that has a mega is 1 in 64, Not 1 in 128.
