A commission by OnduRegion. I always found it kind of odd how Eternatus has no prior connections, and Bug type till this day is still lacking a Legendary Pokemon to represent it. It’s name comes from the combination of Entomo- as in insect, and Aeternus. It is also based on the bubonic plague, and the many disasters that happened in the UK.
It is intended to be the antithesis of a Bug type, as it is very bulky and relies on pure brute force rather than the Weak But Skilled archetype. It was also designed to lose to Calyrex Ice, much like how Eternatus loses to Calyrex Shadow. Also, it has no recovery moves.
