So I’ve bought this a while ago and seen that CGC no longer gives 9.5s and that 9.5s are considered 10s. I read that there is a $5 reholder fee to get the 10 label. If I sent this in, would it get the 10 label? If so, should I do it or keep it as the 9.5?
