Route error



Does anybody have any possible answer to this error?

Tried support twice to no avail.

    Strange issue. It sounds like you’ve covered all the usual (bad signal, download assets, restart etc).

    How many routes have you created (roughly, if known)? Have you had some denied, and/or have you deleted some? Not sure it should make any difference (I’ve had some denied but it shows fine for me).

    Have you tried using someone else’s phone to log on?
