So yesterday I used my last remote raid pass on a mega rayquaza raid, but it kicked me out right as we beat it, and I didn’t get a catch encounter. I tried to report it to support to hopefully get reimbursed, but they keep on saying that I’ve successfully completed the raid or that I’ve already been reimbursed, which I haven’t. Is this screenshot just not verifiable? Or am I just misunderstanding how niantic reimbursement works? Idk, any advice will be greatly appreciated
