So my kids and I started collecting 151 for their first collection. We chose that one because I haven’t played Pokémon since Pokémon blue with my gameboy color (still have it btw) but I don’t know the newer Pokémon. We are only 11 packs in and we pulled this pikachu. I’m considering having it graded and selling it (along with a few other holos but I’ve never had cards graded before) to buy more packs to try to finish a non holographic set so the kids can follow along the original TV show.
I think I wanna sell this one and try to get atleast 3/4 of the collection from opening packs, but I wanted opinions on if this a fun/good way to go about it or am I going to get frustrated with the process. Any advice is well appreciated.
