I saw another post about this but it didn’t address my question.
I am not sure what to do, I purchased the $5 ticket for Rayquaza raid day today because of the extra meteorite but I did not receive the free timed research and paid timed research for the raid day. I did participate in the raid day too.
I tried reaching out to customer service and they just never responded to me. They sent something saying that it can take 24 hours for something to show but by then the research will expire and doesn’t address the free research. I am also unable to start a new conversation with them to try asking again about it. (Attached photo of conversation)
I am feeling like I am out two meteorite which is significant and upset that I paid $5 for a meteorite that it’s looking like I wont receive.
Is there anything else I can do to try to get the research or at least my 2 meteorite? Or anyone else facing the same issue?
