Error_max_lobbies_reached Cannot join raid if too many people have done the raid even with time left in the clock

I did all my raids around Taipei main station. There's a lot of gyms there, and a ton of people raiding. Well, apparently way too many people. I didn't know there was a limit. Waiting until the next round of raids (and doing the raid early into the 30 min) solved the problem
