After maaany bird encounters I finally got to see a shiny.
I was walking with 2 friends and I encountered this shiny Galarian Zapdos. We were all excited that one of us got the lucky encounter, but after throwing a few balls the screen got stuck on the pokeball. There is no chance it could have been bad connection, because my friends who have the same provider had no issues and besides that, it shouldn't be getting stuck on that screen. This bug has been in the game for a very long time now.
Is there anything I can do, or anywhere I can reach out to Niantic/Scopely for this issue? This really sucks.
