Desolan Mimikyu noticed that once a pokemon surpasses a certain level, trainers in Desola favour powerful fighters over cute friends, and adjusts accordingly. The result is a brand new form, based on Dragonite. Researchers have decided to consider it an evolution and dubbed it Impersonite, however no one really knows if the Mimikyu beneath actually changed at all.
