Keclicade the Color Guard Pokémon

Some Kecleon in the Amari region have the special ability to evolve into Keclicade, in battle these Pokemon reaction time allows it to change type to the move the opponent uses, making the moves not very effective. In certain case with ghost and dragon moves this ability backfires.
Is it just me or does the three horned chameleon look like little triceratops?
