Upon the reveal that Raichu would be getting Mega-Evolutions, I knew I would need to design a Mega form for Lex my OC.
I decided on Lex getting the Mega-Raichu X form as it looked more like Raichu than the Y form. Mega-Raichu Y looks more like a Mega-Pikachu.
