Can you tell these pokemon just from their eyes?

So far I think that 1 = Gastly, 2 = sableye, 3 = dragapult, 4 is probably someone in the duskull line or trevenant, 5 could be Psyduck or slowpoke line or magnemite line, 6-10 I have no idea. I think 11 is Butterfree (could be Venonat?) And 12 I also have no idea

EDIT: as someone in the comments has mentioned, these are supposed to be based on existing tcg cards. The ones I have found are:

3. Dragapult (those white eyes are from the terrastal gem on the crown)

6. Giovanni and Mewtwo
7. Hisuian Voltorb
8. Hilda with Zebstrika, Unfezant, and Pignite – this one was tricky.
9. Golem
10. Thundurus
11. Victini – they're cruel for this one
12. Birthday Pikachu
