What resource do you get your numbers from in numerically ranking raid attackers? Dialga Dex? Game press, pogo hub, or something else? Also would you say that Pogo hub is a good resource for ranking the tiers of raid attackers for pogo? It's always the first website that comes up on google. Thanks!

For shadow lugia you recommend for best counters mega tyranatar and shadow tyranatar both with bite and brutal swing, but then for budget counters you recommend regular tyranatar but with smackdown instead of bite
