Let me say first of all- i do rly enjoy the mega he got, for me its one of the more refined we got with the dlc , and I actually like it 8/10 . But i will say this: MY SECOND EVER pokemon game was pokemon X and one big appeal of all megas to me was the massive overwhelming power that some had to bear in order to use such forced evolutionary stage. I just wish that SOME of the new megas – and i think baxcalibur is a perfect example, would have fit better the archetype of an edgy mega having a huge draw back coming from his evo, exactly like glaile had his jaw broken off or scisor literally melting during his battle? I just think of how cool it would have been for baxy to have his spine sword peaking out and “breaking his back , forcing him on a more quadrupedal pose to emphasize the price to pay in order to mega . With that said- i still like him he looks like s royal knight
