I wanted to clarify in the tweet was indeed made in sarcastic manner and was aimed to make the community respond.
I too have seen the flip-flopping in the community like you have and I was curious to find out how people's moral compass would react and shift if one of their "mutuals/friends" would have their achievements scrutinized. The comments certaintly delivered in the way I suspected them, in fact it greatly exceeded what I was expecting.

lol this community is so cringe. Like pure cringe. “Look I’m level 75, that means I’m good at the game, that means I have good Pokemon.” No it doesn’t lol. It means nothing being high level. All it shows is you got wayyyy too much time on your hand and you got some sorta of weird ideation because we all know being high level for your avatar doesn’t mean shit in this game, it’s about what level is your Pokemon 😂
These days I’m use to the whole pay to win nonsense and people cheating. Meh oh well carry on world keeps spinning. Still rocking level 70 here just glad I didn’t have to power up my Pokémon again lol.

Cheating, is a low but hiding to denying is just sad. to even osu! has a cheating issue not too big but for a mobile live service game!? come on man…. it's not that serious! but admission is what most celebs and big names don't do so we respect it.
Get rid of timers in raids. Skill evolution animation if you've already evolved that pokemon. let players send and receive as many gifts as one has friends. These are the QOL changes I would like to see.
This new level 80 cap has brought out the toxicity in adults playing a Pokemon mobile game. Now we have people getting their locations doxxed? This is ridiculous. I spoof and I’m still level 71. I have a family and a full time job. I’m not going to spend 8hrs a day walking around or driving around catching pokemon.
People judging the Dog Harness remember there are Phone Rockers or as Trainer Club did ride an bike or an EASY electric bike, drive around the block… none of which are walking as POGO intends so just pick which ever YOU are comfortable with. The only 110% god level legitness is walking as straight of lines as possible to get the 200 and 300kms which doesn't happen often (adventure sync still picks up in slow vehicle rides and via gps drift).

I'm not sure how you talk about cheating the kilometers and are suggesting stuff with dogs and shit. If you didnt WALK the kilometers yourself you are exactly in the same boat as everyone who cheesed it.

I think people buying coins for a 1/4rth price (cheat) is more problem then some distance cheats. I see it in my town all big players do this and can do alot more then I can. Egg hatches, always running lucky eggs and star pieces. Alot of raid passes.
And them sharing all the catch in the groups make me just laugh. Wanna brag so much, but its all cheated.
Also it looks like people feel like this is normal but its still cheating. I don't know why nobody is talking about this or am I just one of the few not using it?

You make some pretty good videos about Pokémon GO. I feel kind of behind on leveling up still working on getting to 70 but I’m almost there I haven’t really been playing, but almost maybe two years. Perhaps I should give myself a little more credit.

I work fifo at a mine, I work alot. I grew up playing OG pokemon and watching the show.
I spoof when I can on break, I don't farm PVP IVs and abuse the PVP aspect. I just love to collect pokemon and do 5 star raids because I don't have the time to actually go out and explore the real world. It's the only way to play it, for me anyways.
I am a spoofer. But I didn’t go for the race to 80. Yet if I did I would claim to be the first to reach 80. That is reserved for those who reach it legitimately. I respect those who part the hard work in and make it happen.

Speaking of cheating. The PVP corruption will NEVER go away. Just finished a battle with the trainers name as algorithmimpvp. No JOKE. This is a manipulated game. I Lost the match, countered with everything!!!!! You cant win. Just humiliate ourselves for some little to nothing stardust.
