Also remember there’s still a bug with AR that freezes the game if you swap back and forth form AR mode.
Don’t do this if the raid is already over at the gym or if you got a remote invite, or you won’t be able to restart the encounter if your game freezes.

Personally if you’re not taking the Black Kyurem approach, you can try to attempt an excellent throw on Lugia as it attempts to move up/down (not the attack animation) since it can’t attack while in the middle of moving. Sadly you’ll probably be waiting for awhile, with Shadow mons having increased aggression, so Black Kyurem would be better for saving time
