Not sure if this is known, but I remoted to two Necrozma raids during the Tapu Bulu/Fini raid hour (11/13) and got no Rare Candy XL upon capture. I know it wasnt Necrozma raid hour but thought there was a chance due to the description saying it just had to be a T5 raid.
