I figure this is part of Mega Lucario overriding things, but weirdly enough it isn’t a Target/Gamestop/etc promo stop (it’s a Starbucks).
There’s both a Tier 4 / Mega egg and a Tier 5 / legendary egg, they sort of flicker and phase through each other. Don’t know which will actually ‘hatch’ but suspecting Mega.
It doesn‘t disappear when exiting and restarting the app.
