I know what you're thinking, "Well of course it does! What are you stupid? They made tons of them and they're still cheap." And that's where I'll say, "Well hold on there bucko." This isn't your average card. This is a 1999-2000 print. Most every other card out there is 1999 only. This is indicated by the copyright date on the bottom (see second image). I'm fairly certain the 10/62 card was not printed in 2000 in English. But I am uncertain about the 25/62 card having been printed in 2000 in English.
