hey friends, I am losing my mind here. I have joined grimmsnarl gmax battles with remote passes two times now (one yesterday, one today) and BOTH times, the game completely froze on the XP screen, to the point where I had to force close the game. when I open it back up, my remote pass is gone and I didn't get to even attempt catching grimmsnarl. he is one of my favorite Pokemon and I'm getting really frustrated.
niantic support robots have told me twice now that since I "successfully completed the battle" they're not going to do anything. I literally just want my guy or even just my remote passes back.
is there something I can do about this? I literally have $0, I can't pay for any more passes. even if I can't get anything returned to me, how do I keep this from happening again??
