Zygarde can't be in raid , this is a value mage similar to Eternatus.
they might make u go route to collect 718(zygarde dex number) cells to exchange Zygarnite , and raid for the mega energy without catching it.
once u mega the Zygarnite is gone, and you need to recollect the cells again. Mega with your buddy have more chances to see zygarde cells spawn in route, Adventure effect will double Zygarde cells while collect in route
