


I pre ordered a booster box from pokemon center. It came sealed and looked good. When I opened it, there was one pack that didn’t get sealed. When I got the cards out of that pack, it had a crimped suicune and damaged Dawn.
I reached out to pokemon support for a possible replacement. They responded saying:
“Our items are printed and packaged in such a way that it would not be possible to see this kind of issue from manufacturing. We have seen items that are purchased, opened, altered, resealed, and returned to the retailer as unopened. “
So is pokemon suggesting that pokemon center employees are resealing products? It shipped with the original wave of pre orders from them, so I doubt it was a third party.
Anything more I can do to try to get a replacement or am I just SOL?
Also would this Dawn be considered “damaged” or an “error”?
