"Spoopy are very shy pokemon. With bodies made of tar, they stick bones of other pokemon to them in an attempt to seem more intimidating. They ignite toix gasses in their bodies of proper themselves forward at high speed, but slow acceleration. While they are commonly found mustya, in a neighboring region they are giving away as starter pokemon due to their rarity and ease of bonding."
