Druddigon is such a neutral Pokémon. Always stay in the matchup unless you’re facing togekiss. You don’t necessarily need to win the match up because Raichu can farm your opponent down. Raichu with energy advantage is irresistible. (Hope there isn’t a ground type in the back)
Dusknoir as the safe swap is menacing. The only thing that can hard wall Dusknoir is Oranguru. Even if you couldn’t win the switch advantage, you can get oranguru health low enough for Druddigon to farm it down. Then you have a rock tomb in hand to deal with togekiss or any other ice type pokemons.
Alolan Raichu, as the closer, is kind of a glassy canon. So always save at least one shield for it. Good news is it resists both moves of togekiss and it can easily farm down Gyarados.
If your opponent tries to build up energy to dazzling gleam, you can always throw a thunder punch first. Yes, you should choose thunder punch instead of psyshock as the bait move because the prevalence of steel type pokemons.
There are still two days left for this cup. LETS GO FOR IT!

What do you run on A-chu?
Thunder punch and wild charge.
There’s no point using trailblaze as coverage move. I would rather straight up forfeit the game if there is a ground type in the back.
Thunder punch is to deal with all the steel type pokemons like bronzong and metang without debuffing yourself.
i lead alolan raichu its a nuke
how much better is shadow noir vs normal?
What moves you running on these?
I tried this out nmand lost the first two matches because of Oranguru. Sounds about my luck. Would be devastating if he wasn’t in the meta.
Edit: 3rd match was also Oranguru lol but he didn’t manage to leave room for seconds after he ate a wild charge.
What are you using to farm down with alolachu? I tried thunder shock but it isn’t getting there. Did you use Volt Switch?
My A-ichu wasn’t core breaking a damn thing. I’ve never seen more Claydol and Dusknoir/Dusclops in my life 😭
If I don’t have Druddigon what would you substitute?
Move sets?
I forgot how hard alolan raichu hits. I used to use my shiny in 2000 at that start of GBL until the meta changed and I moved to bulkier teams (and realised my shiny has awful stats for GBL)
