I'm very new to collecting pokemon cards (started Abt a week ago). I bought this box in the picture and on the box it says it comes with 4 booster packs, a full deck and a promo card, the deck and packs were there but I couldbt find the promo card. I opened the packs but not the deck since I figured they're pre set cards and wouldn't have the promo in it. Can someone explain where the promo should be? I bought this from an official store so I doubt I was scammed/i doubt it was resealed
