I need help understanding what happened to my Pokemon GO account. I have not played in years. I use an iPhone. I do not use spoofing tools or modified apps.
Niantic banned my account and rejected every appeal. I told them my account was probably accessed without permission. They still said the ban is final. They will not share what actions triggered it.
I changed my password and secured everything, but I want to know if anyone else had this issue. Did anyone get banned after long inactivity. Did anyone have a hacked account get flagged for spoofing. What steps did you take.
I am trying to figure out what happened so I can protect the rest of my accounts. Any insight helps.
