Lugia’s IVs were not worth the headache of randoms joining with Wooloos.

I have never raided a pokemon with such consistently trash IVs. I know its rng, but this happened when he was in 5 star raids recently too. Only him. The hassle to get him with how awful randoms are just isn't worth this 😭 and these are only the lugias I kept, I caught at least 15 this weekend and not one was even a low 40.
