The MVP's of the Precious Path's Move Update in no particular order;
1. Suicune (Water Gun): This update finally gives Suicune a 0.5 turn Fast Move. This allows Suicune to be a viable tank for Max Battles
2. Lucario (Meteor Mash): This move will dramatically increase Lucario's already outstanding utility & versatility in the PvP scene. And we may now see both base Lucario & Mega Lucario rising to prominence in all formats of the Master League. And Meteor Mash will now make Lucario a top tier Steel Type Type Raid attacker.
3. Blaziken (Aura Sphere): This move will increase Blaziken's consistency the GO Battle League. And Aura Sphere will also make Blaziken a top tier Fighting Type Raid Attacker.
4. Kyogre (Avalanche): Getting access 2-bar Charged move will help decrease it's dependence winning alingment, allowing it to better fight back in disadvantageous matchups.
I was hopping for a waterfall rework.
All these updates and no nerf for chilling water or rock tomb. Absolutely ridiculous
They really need to come up with a way to nerf specific pokemon without just nerfing one of their moves that affects other pokemon

Ugh, was hoping Aqua Tail would get nerfed to 40 energy. Spacial Rend isn't the problem. AT spam is the problem
I hate that Niantic keeps bloating Ursaluna's charge move pool and refusing to give it shadow claw or mud shot. It wouldn't even be broken but would allow more people to participate in ML. On the flip side, the ML Premier king is even more busted now with the meteor mash buff. Ursaluna getting a proper quick move would've helped restore some balance. sigh.
An energy-reduced Meteor Mash for Lucario will be interesting. I was hoping some more moves would be given to Ghost types, which at this stage are too uniform. I was hoping they'd do something fun and interesting (e.g., give Scald to Sinistea and Polteageist lol), but I guess that'll have to wait.

Something else you're missing about Yveltal is that the shadow ball buff means Lunala will be much more popular, and Yveltal is the hardest counter (can sucker punch down completely without even needing to shield, moonblast does only 71%). Focus blast does 59% to Zacian and 78% to Zam. Everything has counters, but Yveltal at least has coverage for its counter. It will absolutely return to being meta with guaranteed defense buffs
Why is no1 talking about ember/ aurasphere blazikin . I think this Pokémon is next up being the new meta 240 base attack stat with now crazy pacing
Hakamo-o for GL and Golett for LC will appreciate the Brick Break buff. That guaranteed defense drop is very useful.
