My brother recently got into collecting sealed Pokémon products. His plan is to eventually open them with his son when he’s older. A few months ago I decided to start opening some of my own boxes instead of keeping everything sealed.
Over the last year I’ve been pulling a lot of full arts from inventory I bought about 2.5 years ago at Best Buy, back when Scarlet & Violet and Obsidian Flames were everywhere.
I ended up trading my brother three sealed poster collection booster boxes, which have gone up a bit in value, and I got back a bunch of full arts he had. Honestly, I’m happy with the trade because I got the cards I really wanted, especially the Alakazam, and I’m mostly collecting for nostalgia, like when I was a kid.
Just curious what you all think, fair trade?
