If you had a DSI in the early 2010s, chances are you’ve heard of or used Flipnote Hatena.
I was one of those many users who was on there WAAAAAY too young, but now I’m on a mission to find something ancient (or at least watchers of it) after discovering the Flipnote Hatena Archive ( https://archive.sudomemo.net )
I had to be only between the ages of 9 and 10 when I began posting under names that were some variant of Ray or Angie (and unfortunately I had a phase where my display name was “Black” because I was a big fan of Pokémon Black… yeah) and I was on the path to stardom. I was trying to make my own series.
The Daisy and Luigio Show
I thought this series would be what made me known across Flipnote. I wanted to be known like my older sister, who went by the name of Brizee if you knew her. But now in the year 2025, I have yet to find the Daisy and Luigio Show even after finding my old profile on the Flipnote archive. Chances are absolutely slim to none since I didn’t have a lot of viewers, but did anyone see a really poorly drawn Flipnote “series” (maybe abour 2 episodes) about Daisy and Luigi with a home recorded by a child voice over? If so, that was meeeeee!
I’ve given up on actually finding it as I believe it’s been scrubbed from the internet entirely at this point. My own personal lost media. But I would desperately like to find someone who was unfortunate enough to see it, LOL!
