Cephaslik were revived from 400 million year ooze. They use their shell like a drill to find natural oils and chemicals to eat.
Tufstuf wants to be taken seriously, but its soft body makes it see itself as weak. Enough love from a partner may help this Pokémon to accept itself and evolve.
